Karen June Grant is a textile artist living in the Boston area with her husband Jason, their son Kolya and pup Lucas.  Karen has been creating and sewing since she was a little girl in the Hudson River Valley.

Simply June launched in 2004 with a line of handbags inspired by her adoption experience in Russia.  These days, Karen has been spending a lot of time under the tutelage of 7 year old artist-in-residence, Kolya.  Their days are spent creating with markers, crayons, paint, colored pencils, stickers, construction paper, recycled magazines, glue and just about any supplies they can get their hands on.

Inspired by her son’s creativity, Simply June is excited to offer custom hand-embroidered children’s artwork pillows and share the opportunity to preserve the creativity and imagination of the little artist in your life.
